Join Slalom Build and create cutting-edge digital products and experiences.
Why grow your career here?
At Slalom Build, we work together to craft custom-built digital products and experiences at any scale. From cloud-native applications to cutting-edge, enterprise-grade machine learning products, it’s all about co-creation with our clients.
We’re hyper-focused on people
We believe that creating happy, high-performing teams is as important as the product itself. Our team members come with diverse backgrounds and nationalities, and we value the creative thinking that brings.
We embrace all technologies
Our Builders work across many different projects and stacks in modern cloud technologies and methodologies. And that means skill building is constant, and training and certification is fully supported.
We help build your best future
Potential means more to us than pedigree. Proprietary development programs like BuildU, along with tailored leadership coaching, help you push your career to new heights.
London
Steps away from Borough Market, our 2 London Bridge location features epic river views in a multicultural setting. Here our team does transformative work that’s hard to find elsewhere in London.
Manchester
You’ll be surprised at the variety of technology-led projects we take on in this very liveable city. We’re proud to rep the North West in the heart of the shopping district, close to Market St. and Piccadilly Gardens.
We’re for Builders
All of them. Slalom Build is a welcoming, inclusive, open space for people to build their fullest potential. Because building the future takes everyone.
For example, we’ve made a commitment to gender equity by 2025. See what we’re doing to create a diverse and equitable organisation for Builders.
Do life with us
Work life shouldn’t happen at the expense of life life. From time off to health benefits, we do what it takes to support, engage, and inspire every Builder to be happy and healthy. Take a peek at what life’s like around here.

People come first, always.
Like almost every Builder, I feel valued in the work environment where well-being has been cared for, trust can be built, and open communication is adopted.
