What is your favorite Build Principle and why?

Attract and grow the best talent — based on potential, not pedigree. As someone who went to community college before university, this is really important to me. Diverse backgrounds build stronger and more empathetic teams. If someone has the determination to learn and grow, I want to help build their future.

What’s your favorite aspect of your job?

My domain is very technical, but the heart of it is creating joint goals between roles that would normally be at odds with one another. It’s really about using technology to help folks connect with one another.
